These terms cover the apps SWS Management Services (Seth Shoultes’ company) runs: Garage Door Science (garagedoorscience.com) and its team apps, A+ Brain (aplusbrain.app), and Seth’s clone, a private assistant for Seth’s own email and calendar that no one else can sign up for.

  • Your account: you sign in with your own Google account or email address. Keep it to yourself, and you are responsible for what happens under it.
  • Fair use: don’t misuse the apps, try to break or overload them, or use them for anything unlawful.
  • Your content: what you put in stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the apps for you.
  • Plans and trials: paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. A trial ends on the date shown in your account. If a plan lapses, your team’s data stays read-only for 90 days and is then deleted.
  • No warranty: the apps are provided as is. We work to keep them running and accurate, but we can’t promise they will be error-free or always available.
  • Limit of liability: to the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
  • Ending: you can stop using the apps at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
  • Privacy: see the Privacy Policy.
  • Changes: we may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
  • Law: Utah law applies.
