SWS Management Services is Seth Shoultes’ company. This policy covers the apps it runs that use “Sign in with Google” or connect to a Google account:

  • Garage Door Science (garagedoorscience.com) and its team apps,
  • A+ Brain (aplusbrain.app), the internal workspace for A+ Garage Doors staff,
  • Seth’s clone, a private assistant Seth runs for his own email and calendar.

What we receive from Google

Sign in with Google (Garage Door Science and A+ Brain): we receive your email address and your Google account ID, nothing else. We use them only to sign you in and to match you to your account. We do not read your email, files, contacts or calendar.

Seth’s clone: connects only to Seth’s own Google accounts, with his permission. It reads his email (Gmail) and calendar (Google Calendar) to sort and label his email, move old newsletters to Trash (Gmail keeps them there for 30 days, so they can be recovered), and write him a daily summary. It never deletes anything permanently and never touches starred messages. No one else’s account is ever connected to it.

What else we keep

For Garage Door Science and A+ Brain: your account details (name, email, company), what you enter in the apps, and your plan and billing status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.

Consulting contact form and payments

If you send the “Book a call” form on sethshoultes.com/consulting, we receive what you type (name, email, company, your message) and use it only to reply to you. It is sent to Seth by email through Resend and not stored anywhere else. If you buy a consulting plan, Stripe handles the payment; we receive your name, email and billing details from Stripe, never your card number.

Where your data lives

In our own hosting and databases (Vercel, Neon, Cloudflare and Google Cloud). Sign-in tokens and keys are kept in secret stores, never in code. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your data while your account is open. If a paid plan lapses, your team’s data is kept read-only for 90 days and then deleted. To have your account and data deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.

You can remove any of these apps’ access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
